When the BDWC started it was to help prevent veteran su***de, but on reading stories like this and knowing the backgrounds of our own teams and others we opened it quickly to the Police and Emergency Services.

Fathers Day Walk

This coming Sunday at 0930hrs it is time to "exorcise" the black dog of depression.

Turn the demon dog back into a more manageable companion.

Alone the dark thoughts the black dog brings can be oppressive and even, sadly, fatal. Together we can help put the black dog back on the lead. It doesn't matter what calls the depression out ill health, financial worries, redundancy, football results to name a few.

The club will meet at The Rockpool (Luna) Car Park. at Gwithian, Cornwall.

It is open to all (you really don't need any "real" dog let alone the mythical black dog) and is free to join.

Car parking charges apply at the car park although free on road options are a short walk away.

We hope to see you there.
