Finalists ☺️

Last night we were shortlisted for an APSE Award and some of our team were at the ceremony.

Unfortunately we didn’t win but what an honour to be finalists when there were over 250 submissions for the awards ☺️

The awards highlighted all the fantastic work delivered in the public sector across all areas of the UK.

Our Registration team are amazing, their work touches our customers at all critical life points from the joy of birth, the love of marriage, and the grief of death.

Our team feel privileged to be able to support our customers through these life stages…and it shows in their customer service ☺️

So a huge round of applause for our Registration Team…finalists at the APSE Awards 2025!

Our Registrars deliver excellence service to all our customers; touching them at all critical life events of births, deaths and marriages.

We’ve focused on how we deliver training to continue this excellence in service delivery in our next generation of registrars.
