✍Devon Data Centre & BESS Survey✍
We have been inundated with replies to our survey, thank you to everyone who has got them back to us so quickly 👍
Delivery - in order to distribute this, Great Torrington Town Council paid for a service provided by Royal Mail, this allowed for one survey per household. If you are yet to receive a copy, please be assured that as long as you have a postcode of EX38 7 or EX38 8 you will receive one, it should arrive when you next have post delivered.
Numbering - the surveys are numbered to prevent large scale duplication of returns which could give a false result. Therefore if you are emailing in your response, please include the number in the text or in the photograph.
Differing opinions - if you have a different view to someone living in the same household you can send your response by email - include the number of the original sheet and state that the response is from the same household representing a different view.
Returning - the majority of surveys have been returned to us by hand, either at our office, in our post box at Castle Hill, at the Post Office, the library or the Town & Lands office. However, many people have also emailed in their responses - some have taken a photograph (please include the number), and some have simply sent an email and added the survey number in the title or in the body of the email. In short, we will accept returns in whatever form is easiest for individuals.
Need assistance? If you are aware of people who are struggling to return their surveys, we would encourage them to ask a neighbour, family member or carer to drop them off for them or get in touch on 01805 626135 and in very limited circumstances, we many be able to organise collection.
Many thanks 🙂
