I just wanted to say how incredibly proud I was to stand as a Liberal Democrat candidate in the recent local elections. We always knew the challenge would be a tough one, but it was a privilege to represent our community and offer a different voice.

Thank you to everyone who voted — especially those who were looking for change from the two big parties. Your support genuinely means a lot.

Across Sandwell, we’ve seen a new party take control of the council. Only time will tell whether they bring the difference people were hoping for, but I truly hope it leads to better outcomes for our borough.

Thank you once again for every message, every conversation, and every vote. It’s been an honour.

This May, I’m standing as your Liberal Democrat candidate for Wednesbury — because our town deserves better than what we’ve been getting.

So many people tell me the same thing:
They feel let down by Labour, unable to trust the Conservatives, and not convinced by Reform.
And honestly, I hear you.

Wednesbury deserves councillors who show up, listen, and put our community first — not party interests, not excuses, and not the same old politics.
