Water safety starts with confidence. 🌊

If your child is aged 3-8 years, join our free water safety sessions this October and help them develop essential lifesaving skills in a safe, welcoming setting.

They'll learn:
✅ Floating and movement techniques
✅ Safe breathing in the water
✅ Poolside awareness
✅ How to enter and exit the pool safely
✅ What to do if they get into difficulty

Keep the kids active this October Half Term with our Additional Junior Gym Sessions at Impulse Leisure! 💪

From 26th - 30th October, we're running additional Junior Gym Sessions across our centres, giving young members even more opportunities to stay fit, build confidence and enjoy a healthy, active half term!

Whether they're new to the gym or already enjoying their fitness journey, these extra sessions provide a safe and supportive environment to develop good exercise habits, improve wellbeing and have fun while staying active.
