🌟 BABY SENSORY THURROCK, RAINHAM & SOUTH HORNCHURCH IS FOR SALE 🌟

After a huge amount of thought we have made the decision as a family to relocate. 🏡

With reluctance and a heavy heart this means the time has come for us to find a new owner for Baby Sensory Thurrock, Rainham & South Hornchurch.

This business has given our family so much. It has allowed me to be my own boss, build something I’m incredibly proud of and work around childcare & school runs, all while doing something I genuinely love. Watching both parents and babies grow together is an indescribable privilege.

Now, we’re looking for the right person to take the reins and continue the journey.

✨ COULD THIS BE YOU?✨

If you are someone who:

👶 Is passionate about babies & their development
💼 Would love to be your own boss
🏡 Wants a business that can work around family life
🤝 Enjoys meeting & supporting local parents
📚 Loves learning and sharing research based knowledge
🎵 Is passionate about music, sensory play & early development
🌱 Would love to build on an already established & much loved business

…then this could be the opportunity you’ve been waiting for! 💛

🎁 WHAT'S INCLUDED?

👶 Established Baby Sensory classes
📍 Established local venues across the catchment area
💛 The recognised & trusted Baby Sensory brand
🎵 Resources, equipment & class materials
📱 Established social media presence & marketing assets
👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Existing customer base
🤝 Strong local community relationships
📚 Support & guidance to help make the transition as smooth as possible

🌈 MORE THAN JUST A BABY CLASS

Baby Sensory is about so much more than an hour each week. It gives babies & their adults the opportunity to play, learn, explore and bond through music, sensory experiences, signing, movement & developmental activities, while creating precious memories along the way.

This is a particularly exciting opportunity for someone who wants to create a business that can work around their own family & lifestyle

💌 INTERESTED?

If you think you could be the person to take Baby Sensory Thurrock into its next chapter, we'd love to hear from you.
