🔴🟢 AFTER SCHOOL CLUB COLLECTION REMINDER 🟢🔴
❗ ALL CHILDREN MUST BE COLLECTED AFTER CLUBS ❗

Dear Parents and Carers,

Please be aware that all children attending an after-school club must be collected by a parent, carer, or other authorised adult at the end of the session.

🚫 Children are not permitted to walk home independently after a club, even if they normally have permission to walk home alone at the end of the school day.

✅ This procedure applies to all pupils and is in place to ensure the safety and wellbeing of every child.

Please:

🟢 Arrive promptly to collect your child.
🟢 Inform the school office if somebody different will be collecting them.
🟢 Ensure your child knows who is collecting them.

Thank you for your support in helping us keep our children safe.
