Joint Services Adventurous Sail Training Centre

Joint Services Adventurous Sail Training Centre Providing Offshore Sailing for HM Armed Forces through RYA courses, local and overseas sailing expeditions, and yachts for unit led and managed AT.

The Joint Services Adventurous Sail Training Centre (JSASTC) provides some of the finest sail training opportunities anywhere in the world for U.K. Armed Forces Personnel. We use our large fleet of yachts from 72ft to 34ft to provide challenging and exciting local and overseas sailing expeditions to provide high quality AT for service people. We also offer the chance for members of the Armed Forc

es (Regular and Reserve) to gain RYA certified sailing qualifications. Additionally our yachts can be used by units that want to arrange their own AT.

In April this year, the Joint Services Adventure Sail Training Centre moved under the command of the Army Adventurous Training Group and now sit alongside the Army AT Centre and the Joint Services Mountain Training Centre.

As of 1st September, this page will be disbanded and all JSASTC news will be posted on the Army AT Facebook and Twitter pages ().

All course vacancies and instructor requests will be posted on the Army AT Defence Connect page. This is in line with the Army’s policy on using external social media channels for internal communications.

We hope that you will join us over on the Army AT Facebook and Twitter channels () and on Defence Connect (https://jive.defencegateway.mod.uk/groups/army-adventurous-training )where we will continue to share with you all that JSASTC has to offer.

We will no longer be posting on this site
