It’s all about the money. Farage never stood up for British interests as an MEP, but took taxpayer money to destroy the EU from within. From 2014–2019 he had (just as an MP now) one of the worst attendance records as an MEP. In 2018, part of his MEP salary was docked after EU authorities sought recovery of misspent parliamentary funds linked to UKIP staffing and spending disputes. Despite pretending he stood up for British fishermen Nigel Farage attended only 1 out of 42 meetings of the European Parliament’s Fisheries Committee during a three-year period when major reforms to EU fishing policy were being negotiated.

WOW: Bruce Springsteen performs at massive No Kings rally in St. Paul, calls out Trump's ICE terror

Bruce Springsteen took the stage at the No Kings rally in St. Paul on March 28 before a crowd estimated at more than 50,000 people, delivering a raw and emotional condemnation of the Trump administration's federal crackdown on American cities.

Springsteen opened by addressing the violence that unfolded in Minneapolis over the winter, when federal forces descended on the city under Operation Metro Surge. "This past winter, federal troops brought death and terror to the streets of Minneapolis," he told the crowd. "Well, they picked the wrong city."

The legendary rock icon performed "Streets of Minneapolis," his anthem written in direct response to the ICE raids, marking only the third time he has played the song live. He first debuted it at a surprise appearance during Tom Morello's anti-ICE benefit show at First Avenue.

Before launching into the song, Springsteen honored the people of Minnesota for standing firm against the federal onslaught, calling their resistance an inspiration to the entire nation. He paid tribute to two people killed during the raids: Renee Good, a mother of three, and Alex Pretti, a VA nurse shot in the back and left to die in the street. "Their bravery, their sacrifice, and their names will not be forgotten," he said.
