📸🌾 The Mayor of Godalming, Cllr Tom Kiehl, enjoyed himself "down on the farm" at the Godalming Round Table's Town Show and Parade on Saturday, 30 May, on the Bury’s Field.
The mayor said:
“It was an immense privilege to participate in the parade and open the show as the mayor. Huge congratulations to the Godalming Round Table who put on the event entirely voluntarily whilst raising money for good causes.”
A fantastic day celebrating community spirit, local traditions, and the incredible volunteers who make this much-loved event possible. 👏🚜🎪

NEW MAYOR FOR GODALMING - Congratulations to Councillor Tom Kiehl, who last night joined the long and distinguished history of the Mayoralty in Godalming which was established in 1835.
Councillor Kiehl formally accepted the role of Mayor of Godalming and will be supported throughout his Mayoral year by his wife, Mrs Victoria Kiehl, as Mayoress.
The mayor has chosen two local charities to support during his year in office: Home-Start Waverley and ChoirBLAST.
We wish the Mayor and Mayoress a successful and memorable year ahead in service to the community.

🎭 OUR TOWN GODALMING
A contemporary reimagining of Thornton Wilder’s Our Town, created by the young ensemble company from ClassAction Theatre at Godalming Sixth Form College.
Developed through immersive research, library exploration, and interviews with residents of Godalming, this piece of community theatre reflects on life in the town during the early 20th century through a fresh contemporary lens.
The production will tour local schools, alongside public performances at:
