A free w/shop comprising of 3 modules; Crash scene management; First Aid (including assessing a casualty, dealing with catastrophic bleeds, removal of crash helmet(s) & CPR; together with the “the thinking biker” Biker Down - aimed at motorcyclists and pillions of all ages and experience, the free scheme offers the chance to learn essential first-aid training & advice on what to do should they fi
nd themselves first on the scene of a crash where someone is injured. The workshop is made up of three modules, including crash scene management, motorcycle specific first-aid training i.e. CPR, managing major bleeds & helmet removal together with classroom-based discussions on why we should be a “thinking biker”.
