Services include tickets for local events and attractions, a streamlined ticket printing service for event organisers, day trips with Marchants Coaches, National Express ticket sales, Theatre Token

s, a wide variety of souvenirs and much more. We have a wide range of information on what to do and see in Gloucester and the surrounding area. The Coach Meet and Greet Scheme is also based with us. The Museum of Gloucester and Gloucester Tourist Information Centre will remain closed until at least Tuesday 13 July. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused whilst we wait for a Covid test result from a member of the team.

Even though the result of the test is not yet known, we have decided to close and isolate to ensure the safety of our staff, their families and our customers. We send our sincere apologies to everyone with bookings or those hoping to visit the museum over the next few days; we are in the process of contacting all customers with bookings to re-arrange all schedules.

We will provide an update when we have more news on the situation. If you have any queries, please contact [email protected].

Good morning,

It is with regret that the Museum of Gloucester and Gloucester Tourist Information Centre will need to be closed today Tuesday 6 July until at least tomorrow, Wednesday 7 July, whilst we await a Covid test result from a member of our team.

Even though the result of the test is not yet known, we have decided to close and isolate to ensure the safety of our staff, their families and our customers. We send our sincere apologies to everyone with bookings or those hoping to visit the museum over the next few days; we are in the process of contacting all customers with bookings to re-arrange all schedules.
