What Services we offer
We can help you:
- Learn more about self directed support
- Understand the local authority’s eligibility criteria
Consider which option(s) may be right for you
Identify what areas of your life you need support with
- Explore outcomes, what this means and how they might be met
- Contact Social Work to request an assessment
- Source other possible supports within the community if you are not eligible for SDS.
