Ofgem have confirmed the energy Price Cap increase from July to 30 September, which could affect your annual gas and electric bills by £200 a year if you're not on a fixed energy tariff.

Look at our amazing mural! 😍

The end wall of Angus Court, in Fairfield, Perth, looks a little bit different these days and whole lot more eye-catching than it previously did!

The artwork was completed using the Fairfield Fund which was part of our Transfer of Commitments and it was designed in partnership with tenants from the area.

Last year, we held a Community Open Day and tenants were invited to share their ideas for the mural, among other improvements for the area.

Their ideas have been brought to life by Donna Forrester of Donna Forrester Artwork . Donna is an incredible local artist, and three of her designs were shared with tenants to give them the final say.

The chosen design displays local wildlife, Smeaton's Bridge and the Perth Skyline. Work began late last month and thanks to some great weather, Donna was able to complete this in three weeks!

Pop down to see this huge local landmark that's brightened up this corner of Fairfield.
