We're asking any community or voluntary organisation who is, or has been, funded or working in partnership with public health partners to complete the following survey. https://s.surveyplanet.com/mr0ahpl2

The survey aims to understand whether the relationship between community-led health organisations and public health partners has changed over the last three years, and has been developed by CHEX in collaboration with Scottish Communities for Health and Wellbeing and The Alliance.
