Drop in between 2pm and 4pm and get creative with this free, family-friendly craft activity. Explore colours, patterns and textures inspired by nature as you create your own woven masterpiece to take home.

No booking required – just come along and join the fun!

Please note: this activity is scheduled take place on the top floor of Provand’s Lordship. Unfortunately, there is no lift access.

Why not give it a go yourself this weekend? Pick up a trail map at the Friends of Glasgow Royal Infirmary Museum, scan one of the QR codes dotted around the area, or visit their website at https://friendsofgri.org/news/glasgow-bee-trail-buzz/

Join us today for our free, family-friendly craft activity celebrating St George’s Day!

Come along and get creative by making your very own dragon 🐉 It’s a fun, hands-on activity for all ages, perfect for a day out together.

Drop in between 2am–4pm, no booking required. We’d love to see you!

Looking to improve your wellbeing, make new friends and get to know more about our museum collections? Then sign up for our FREE Feel Well sessions! This is a Glasgow Museums’ project that supports wellbeing by helping people connect with culture, creativity, and each other. Through friendly, supported sessions, participants are taken on a journey through Glasgow’s museums and heritage. Using handling kits made of real museum objects, we will create a space where you can share stories, build confidence, and feel part of your local community.
The next sessions will be held in Pollok and Calton areas – 6-week blocks, with 2 hours sessions each week:
📍 Every Tuesday for six weeks from 21st April until 26th May, 1-3pm, in Pollok community centre with a final visit to the Burrell Collection
📍 Every Wednesday for six weeks from 22nd April until 27th May, 10:30am-12:30, in Bridgeton Library with a final visit to St Mungo’s Museum

Join us at the St Mungo Museum of Religious Life & Art for a free, family-friendly arts and crafts activity on Saturday 28th March and Sunday 29th March!

As they say, weeds are just plants in the wrong place — so join us in celebrating National W**d Appreciation Day. We’ll be making fragrant herb bags and trying out the Japanese art of Tataki-Zome, bashing flowers and leaves to create unique, detailed prints on fabric. This creative drop-in session is suitable for all ages and offers a fun way to explore nature, texture, and pattern through hands-on making.

Everyone is welcome, come along and get crafty with us!
