Look how far these two learners have come 👏

Liam Cox left school at 15 and joined us through our Training for Work programme, delivered in partnership with All in Glasgow and sponsored by Glasgow City Council. He smashed his Health & Safety, earned his CSCS card, and completed a 6‑week placement with Advance Construction Scotland at the McTaggart site in Carlton. Nine months on, he’s still there and thriving.

Liam Long also joined us through our Training for Work Over 25s group. With no previous work experience, he gained his Health & Safety, earned his CSCS card, and completed a 6‑week placement with McTaggart Construction. His hard work paid off he was offered a job and is still with them 18 months later.

Two different journeys. One shared outcome.
Both Liams are now building strong careers in construction.
