Our very own Penny Black and Isa from Maximum Exposure stung Jim (Andrew) Duffy aged 74 last September 2025 for Angel Decoys, he plead guilty and was sentenced in January 2026 to 120 hours community service and 5 years on SOR.
After the sting he lost his house and his long term partner, is now seemingly staying in a caravan site in Fife.

Thomas Purves who was arrested July 26th, has been released with conditions in place pending investigation - which is standard practice.

After a protest by his neighbours in July 27th he was removed with a police es**rt.

We have been contacted by numerous residents of his street to advise us that he’s now back in his home in Craigneuk, Airdrie.

We’d like to make the community aware that further protests would see him removed again - but he likely will do similar and return when he feels the “heat has died down.”

We’re asking the public to be vigilant with their children when out playing on the street and when in the nearby field.

With most of Scotland’s schools returning this week this is a reminder to all parents and carers sending their kids back whom wish to post images on social media to make them private for your friends only to view and ensure private information such as school colours and badges are well obscured.

Also, please do NOT get your child a backpack with their name in large letters on it.
This makes your child’s name known to COMPLETE STRANGERS on the streets.

Thomas Purves who was arrested this morning has been released with conditions in place pending investigation - which is standard practice.

THOMAS STEWART PURVES - “55” - CRAIGNEUK, AIRDRIE - ARRESTED

Alongside Child Protection Awareness and Protecting Kids Scotland, we attended the home address of this male this morning, 26/07/26, and Thomas was swiftly arrested as soon as the police arrived.

Thomas here was grooming what he believed to be a 14 year old child online.
Sending indecent images and B*stiality images to the child.
Inciting the child to m*sturbate.
Most of the that cannot be repeated it was that vile.

Thankfully this child was a decoy.

Since this morning, we’ve been contacted by other decoys from teams up and down the country who Thomas has also been sexually grooming.

S*x Offender Hiding In Plain Sight

Convicted S*x Offender James McKay now resides on Angram View in High Green, Sheffield.

In December 2017, James (Jimmy) McKay was Sentenced to just a 12 Month Custodial Sentence for S*xual Assualt on a Female whilst in the presence of the Victims 8 year old Daughter.

Now released and living his life normally with his convictions hidden, James McKay now resides in a flat overlooking a park and playing fields above the local shop literally yards from the areas Primary School regardless of being listed on the S*x Offenders Register until 2030.

Locals have been unaware of McKays history until recently when he followed a female home wanting to take her 'out for drink' despite already living with his partner
