BOTHWELL FUTURES PERSIMMON EMPLOYABILITY PROGRAMME

Carlton will be the lead trustee from Bothwell Futures, taking responsibility for leading and overseeing the Bothwell Futures Persimmon Employability Programme.

He will work closely with Scott from Developing the Young Workforce (DYW) to develop and deliver the programme, building strong links with Holy Cross High School and Uddingston Grammar School.

Together they will help create meaningful employment opportunities for local young people, supporting them to develop workplace skills, gain experience and improve their understanding of future career pathways.

Maybe it’s a new fitness class, pilates, a baby or toddler group, activities for children, something for older residents, a craft group, social club… or an idea we haven’t even thought of yet!
