🌳 What an Incredible Summer at Aisby Park! 🌳

What a fantastic few weeks we've had at our Aisby Park Activity Days! 🎉

Across our four free family events, 280 children came along to enjoy a range of fun, engaging activities, bringing families together and helping local people connect with organisations that provide support within our community.

From sports and games to nature-based crafts, there was something for everyone, and it was wonderful to see so many smiling faces making the most of the summer holidays. 🌞⚽🎨

A huge thank you goes to all of our amazing partner agencies who helped make these events such a success:

👏 West Lindsey District Council
👏 Gainsborough Police
👏 Lincolnshire Fire and Rescue
👏Riverside Training
👏Wright Way Sports & Education
👏Wheelscape Skateparks – for showcasing the exciting new skatepark design and giving local children and families the opportunity to see what is coming to Aisby Park.

We would also like to give some special acknowledgements to the incredible people who went above and beyond:

💚 Cat Paton from Riverside Training for delivering the fantastic nature-based activities that inspired so many young people.

⚽ Brad and the team at Wright Way Sports Education for providing energetic, inclusive sports sessions enjoyed by children of all ages.

🚒 Mark Bennett and the team from Lincolnshire Fire & Rescue Service for engaging with families and showcasing the important work they do within our communities.

👮 Sergeant Mark Pearson and the team from Gainsborough Police for spending time with local families, building positive relationships and supporting the events throughout.

🛹 Lena, Russ and Harry from Wheelscape for your amazing engagement with the children, taking the time to talk about the exciting new skatepark, answering lots of questions and helping build enthusiasm for this fantastic new community facility.

🌟 And an extra special thank you to Hannah Lane from West Lindsey District Council, whose hard work and coordination were instrumental in making the Activity Days such a success.
