ANGUS COUNCIL PUBLIC NOTICE
Angus Council has received a request to grant a servitude right of access over The Den, Southesk Street Brechin DD9 6AG to serve a residential development at the former Infirmary. As the land is held as part of Brechin Common Good, before taking a decision, the Council requires to consult under Section 104 of the Community Empowerment (Scotland) Act 2015.
Common Good Property:
Named as The Den, Southesk Street Brechin DD9 6AG
The servitude right of access is required for surface water drainage. The right of servitude would be subject to all footpaths, hedges and grass areas affected by works to be reinstated to the satisfaction of Angus Council. The Park would continue to form part of the Brechin Common Good.
