We provide information and advice on Angus Council services including; assisting with application forms for council housing, concessionary travel, the Blue Badge Scheme (for drivers or passengers with severe mobility problems) and the Scottish Welfare Fund. 🌙 Bedtime Bookbug is coming to Kirriemuir Library! 🧸📚

Get the PJs on, grab your favourite bedtime teddy and join us for a cosy Bookbug session for little ones aged 0–5 years. Enjoy soothing songs, gentle rhymes and a bedtime story together – the perfect way to wind down before bedtime.

What a lovely time we’ve had at our latest Brew & Blether session at Arbroath Library! 💬❤️ It was wonderful to see everyone enjoying a cuppa, sharing stories, having a good old chat and, of course, plenty of laughs along the way.

Thank you to everyone who came along and helped make it such a warm and welcoming get-together. We’re already looking forward to the next one on Friday 4 September at 2.00pm! 😊☕️

We are sorry to hear that Dolly Parton has passed away.

She launched her Imagination Library a global book-gifting program for children in her home county of Sevier County, Tennessee in 1995. Inspired by her father's inability to read and write, which she noted was a barrier to some of his dreams. It expanded from a local project into an international movement spanning the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and the Republic of Ireland - it has gifted over 270 million free books worldwide.💕
