Huge well done to Ethan P, Henry J and Grayson L, who walked from Urmston to Manchester and back, over 12 miles, to help raise money for Maggie’s Cancer Centres.
This fundraiser has now reached nearly £30,000, and the boys played a brilliant part in that total.
The cause is especially close to Ethan’s heart, and all three showed amazing determination (even if their pace was a little slower than their dads).

A brilliant effort from all our boys who took part in the end‑of‑term athletics competition, everyone gave it their all and did us proud.
Huge shout‑out to Blake Y8, who stormed to victory in the 1500m, and to Adam Y10, who secured 2nd place in the 300m with a seriously impressive time.

Our Year 11 celebration was the perfect way to close the half term. Students spent time looking back on their journey from their first days in school to the milestones, memories and friendships that have carried them to this point. There were lots of smiles and a real sense of pride in how far they’ve come.

After the nostalgia came the fun: pizza, ice cream and plenty of laughter. It was the perfect way to mark the end of an era and the beginning of everything that comes next.

We couldn’t be prouder of our Year 11s. Good luck with the rest of your exams we know you’ll give it your all and here’s to the bright futures waiting for you.

Our students have been voting, singing and discovering amazing French‑language artists. This year’s winning song was Maheva – Toucher la Lune, with school favourites from Fredz and Sael & Yaniss Odua.

Turing Charity Day! 💚

7.2 are selling raffle tickets for 3 sweetie hampers!

You can purchase tickets from 7.2 when they visit your form on Friday or see Mrs Williams near the bike sheds during break time on Friday.

Tickets are priced at 50p each or 3 for 1 pound, You must keep hold of your ticket as it will be needed to claim the prize!

The draw will take place at 12.30pm on Friday and Mrs Williams will send out an email to all teachers to let pupils know of the winning ticket numbers - students must then go to IT1 at 3pm on Friday to claim their prize.🍬
