At Height Services are looking for rescue technicians at all levels to join our ever expanding team. We have opportunities for both employed and contracted rescue technicians across a wide variety of projects in the London and South East Areas.

For contracted Confined Space Rescue Technicians, the minimum qualifications required are;

City and Guilds 6160-03 (High Risk)
City and Guilds 6160-08 (Rescue & Recovery)
Face Fit Tested
Thames Water Passport
Thames Water G.A.S.E.S Trained

Following qualifications are a bonus but not essential:
Work @ Height
FREC 3 / 4 with Medical Gases Administration
Rope Rescue

This evening Doniford Army Cadets completed their Sponsered Walk for Hounds for Heroes

It was a pleasure to support the cadet unit and charity, not only as a CFAV, but as AHS.

Well done to all the cadets that took part in the walk and their four legged friends 🐾 They have also managed to raise over £400!

Very excited to be able to support Doniford Army Cadets as they raise funds and awareness of this amazing charity!

Pounds for Hounds kicks off tomorrow!

All the best to Cath and Harry her dog, Abbie, David and Fez!

Our fundraisers at Doniford Army Cadets have also organised a charity dog walk in support of our Pounds for Hounds walkathon which is running throughout June! They will cover around 6km as a group, with some furry friends accompanying them along the way!

A big thank you to all that are taking part, we can't wait to see all of your wonderful walks!

Its not to late to take part and get involved to help us raise vital funds. Either walk daily or a one off walk during the month of June!

Thank you to PRUSICK RESCUE for the invitation to attend the Rope Rescue Event at Bristol Port. It was a great opportunity to see some fantastic teams putting their rope skills to the test, not to mention some brilliant stands showing off their life saving equipment.

In 2010, Royal Navy Veteran, Allan Parton set up Hounds for Heroes , a charity that offers bespoke and dedicated assistance dogs purely focused on serving the disabled and injured armed services veteran community. In later years, they expanded to include personnel injured and disabled in the frontline UK emergency services, Police, Fire and Rescue, Ambulance and HM Coastguard.

Next month the Army Cadet Unit (Doniford Platoon, Somerset) that AHS sponsors, are going to carry out a Sponsored Dog Walk to not only help raise vital funds, but to help spread awareness of what wonderful work this charity does!

Any amount you can offer is great, but also please help spread the news about this wonderful Charity!

It's such an honour to receive this award, along side all the other companies.

We will continue to support veterans, Reserves, Cadet Force Adult Volunteers and cadets in all ways that we can, it's a privilege to be part of such a great scheme.
