To celebrate the Volunteer Cadet Corps’ 125th Anniversary this year, we’re inviting our entire VCC family to take on the Challenge!

🏃 Complete 125 exercise reps a day for 125 days during 2026.

Whether it’s push-ups, star jumps, walking, jogging or cycling, every rep counts. Take on the challenge in your own way, at your own pace, and help raise vital funds for:

He did it! 🏅

PO Archie Dinnage has successfully completed the London Marathon - an incredible achievement and a true testament to determination and resilience.

From overcoming early life challenges to taking on one of the world’s toughest endurance events, Archie has shown what can be achieved with the right mindset, support, and hard work.

Running for four charities close to his heart, including the Volunteer Cadet Corps, Archie has done himself, his family, and the VCC incredibly proud.

Congratulations Archie - outstanding effort! 💪🏃‍♂️

This April, Archie Dinnage, one of our dedicated Adult Volunteers, is taking on the iconic London Marathon and raising money for four charities close to his heart - including the Volunteer Cadet Corps.

Born almost 10 weeks prematurely and facing several health challenges growing up, running was something Archie always avoided. But through the support, encouragement and opportunities provided by the VCC and the Lord’s Taverners Super 1s cricket programme, Archie has built incredible resilience and confidence.

From completing his Gold The Duke of Edinburgh’s Award to becoming a brown belt in karate, Archie continues to push himself to achieve more - and the marathon is his biggest challenge yet.
