The Falmouth Oyster Fringe is an alternative celebration to the start of the native Fal Oyster season, with a range of events bringing together local independent businesses in Falmouth at the beginning of October. We’re aiming to grow the concept year-on-year, encouraging more businesses to take part and collaborate, encompassing food, drink, music and art to create a diverse programme of events and activities across the whole town.
