We are here to help adults, age 18+, across Devon (excluding Plymouth which is covered by Plymouth Talking Therapies), improve their mental and physical wellbeing. TALKWORKS is a free, confidential, service, part of NHS Talking Therapies, for people aged 18+ in Devon (excluding Plymouth), helping you to improve your mental and physical wellbeing. TALKWORKS is part of Devon Partnership NHS Trust, w

hich provides a wide range of NHS services to people with mental health and learning disability needs in Devon, the wider South West region and nationally.

Our TALKWORKS team is off to TeignmouthPride this weekend! If you're joining in the celebrations, why not stop by and visit our stand? We'll be at Teignmouth Triangle between 9am and 4pm, with plenty of leaflets, merchandise and resources for you to takeaway, plus our team will be happy to answer any questions about how we can help you.

TALKWORKS is not an emergency service. If you, or someone you love, needs urgent mental health support this Bank Holiday weekend, please call 111 and select the mental health option. You will then be put through to the Devon Partnership NHS Trust First Response Service, available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) is a talking therapy that we offer here at TALKWORKS. It can help you understand how your thoughts, feelings and behaviours affect one another.
