It's set to get very hot this weekend. An amber heat-health alert is in effect until 8pm on Tuesday 23 June across the South East.

Heat can be tough on older people, babies, young children, and anyone with a long-term health condition - so let's look out for each other.

Anyone with a learning disability over the age of 14 can have a free health check every year and extra support from your GP.

Having an annual health check can help keep you healthy for longer and build your confidence of going to the GP practice.

Check with your practice's reception team to make sure you or your teenager are on the Learning Disability Register.
