This is a good example of how much a softer colour can change a room without needing to do anything dramatic.

Takes the edge off the space a bit and makes it feel calmer straight away.

We like colours like this because they still feel easy to live with a few years later.

Getting two completely different pieces of furniture to actually work together is harder than people think.

These came out really nicely.

The darker finish on the legs and base stops it all feeling too orange, and the wood tones tie together properly now instead of fighting each other.

Good use here.

This is a nice way of using black without making the whole piece feel too heavy.

Leaving the timber detail on the top drawers was a good decision.
Finished using General Finishes Lamp Black Milk Paint and High Performance Topcoat.

Earthborn, now on wheels! 🚐

This campervan conversion by .vans is proof that great interior design doesn’t stop at the front door. Thoughtful materials, considered colour, and a space that feels just as liveable as any room in the house.

Our paints are virtually VOC-free with no horrible smells, which makes all the difference in a compact, lived-in space like this, keeping it fresh and comfortable.

This is a good example of how far you can push contrast in a piece without it feeling too heavy.

The black shelving against the cherry works really well here.

Funny how the finish gets all the attention when half the battle is in the prep!

Clean it properly first and the end result is always better.

Simple as that.
