A contemporary British tragicomedy, which explores the miraculous powers of good wine, bad jokes and old friends. After being diagnosed with cancer, June is practically kidnapped by her three best friends and taken on a sordid pilgrimage to Lourdes - a holiday in which they can all smoke, drink and laugh themselves better.
