Hi! I’m Amanda and I’m a British Wheel of Yoga teacher based in Ebbw Vale.

I teach a weekly class every Thursday, 6-7pm at Ebbw Vale Institute, where all levels of experience are very welcome. Yoga is not competitive or performative, but about tuning in to your own unique experience and practicing in a way that feels good for you.🧘🧘‍♀️
