Meet Moe, Team Manager of the Business & Innovation Team 👋

Moe has spent more than 20 years supporting businesses across Blaenau Gwent! Starting as a Business Support Officer, he later trained as an Enterprise Facilitator and now leads our Business & Innovation Team. When he’s not at work, you’ll find him gardening, running, or spending time with his family, especially in Saundersfoot.

Living and working in the community he serves, Moe is passionate about local economic development. He works closely with businesses of all sizes and serves as a Director at the Institute of Economic Development to support growth, encourage inward investment and strengthen the local economy.

One thing that stands out about Moe is the lasting relationships he builds. We still receive referrals from business owners he supported years ago, a testament to the impact he’s had. Today, he’s especially passionate about mentoring the next generation of Enterprise Facilitators and helping Goldworks continue to grow.

Mae Moe wedi treulio dros 20 mlynedd yn cefnogi busnesau ledled Blaenau Gwent! Dechreuodd fel Swyddog Cymorth Busnes, cyn hyfforddi’n ddiweddarach fel Hwylusydd Menter, ac erbyn hyn mae’n arwain ein Tîm Busnes ac Arloesi. Pan nad yw’n y gwaith, fe’i cewch yn garddio, yn rhedeg, neu’n treulio amser gyda’i deulu, yn enwedig yn Saundersfoot.

Rydym yn dal i dderbyn atgyfeiriadau gan berchnogion busnes a gefnogodd flynyddoedd yn ôl, sy’n dyst i’r effaith y mae wedi’i chael.
