Hi everyone!

So it’s been 10 weeks since I was last in my little bubble, my slimming world venues with my gorgeous members, sharing ideas, recipes giving each other support and advice and celebrating success....

It’s been 8 weeks since we restarted our groups, with a slightly different twist....

Slimming world have been giving our members an amazing 50% off the full price until we find out feet which we are doing quite well at (I think).

Our members all got a copy of the magazine and will continue to do so digitally.

Our members have an online shop they can order hifi bars and recipe books from with no postage costs

Our members log their weight with their own consultant each week to keep them on track.

If our members want to they can join in our weekly zoom meetings (details below)

We have a special face book group for these members who wish to carry on their journey during these crazy times.

Our members also have access to the website and all, with the new ones being rolled out and a barcode scanner being trialed

If you have been missing your sw family/eat of life or you have never given it a go, please do get in contact.

My sessions are listed so you can join in zoom if you wish.

Tuesday 5:30 & 6:30
Wednesday 5:15, 6:15 & 7:15
Thursday 9am & 10am, 5:30 & 6:30
Saturday 9am & 10am

Remember the zoom meetings are optional, you can still join us for all the other fantastic bits of you don’t like the idea of zoom and if you feel brave I personally can give you a zoom tour, just you and I.

Slimming world hasn’t gone anywhere,we are still running our groups just in a slightly different way, same members, same ideas, same support, same days and time’s.

Tuesday 5:30 & 6:30
Wednesday 5:15, 6:15 & 7:15
Thursday 9am, 10am, 5:30pm and 6:30pm
Saturday 9am & 10am

***WE ARE NOW ACCEPTING NEW MEMBERS***

It’s been 6 weeks now since we were last IN group and I know for me personally it’s been a really hard 6 weeks, things haven’t particularly gone to plan with my weight and I’m feeling sluggish.
Slimming world has been working so hard and created some amazing things,

*we have a weekly weigh in, today all the lovely Netley abbey members for group Tuesday (bishopstoke tomorrow for group Wednesday, Twyford and colden common Wednesday for group Thursday and wi******er on Friday for group Saturday) who want to keep their weight loss going will be sending me their weights through. This allows me to input it to head office.

*they have created a shop on the website for virtual group members to be able to order hifi bars, recipe books etc

*the new app and website will be with us ALL by the end of May and they are testing a scanner!!!! Yes you heard it right hopefully soon you will be able to scan and find out syns!

*each member that joins us is getting this months magazine free of charge till stocks last

*you get added to a new virtual face boom group which is BUZZING with ideas and challenges

*we now have zoom meetings once a week (on Tuesdays 5:30 & 6:30) for members that want to come on and chat to other members to get ideas, share recipes etc and what I love is it’s only if you want to!

If you are missing seeing the other members once a week or just want that accountability back please don’t hesitate to get in contact, groups could be gone for a little while physically but we are still here virtually.

Slimming World have been amazing leaving access to the website and app open for all, however access will only be available for virtual members from the 16th may.
