East Sussex Healthcare Trust (ESHT) takes education very seriously and encourages a range of professional courses and training opportunities for its multidisciplinary workforce to remain up to date with mandatory training and the latest skills required to deliver the services the public require of a successful NHS Trust. As one of the largest local employers it not only encourages the up-skilling of existing staff but also the recruitment of new employees with a range of courses ranging from Medical and Clinical placements to Apprenticeships in all business areas.
