The Belle Tout breakfast selection includes fresh juices, cereals, dried fruits, yoghurts and homemade fresh fruit salad.
Our traditional breakfast features free-range eggs cooked to your preference - fried, scrambled, poached or boiled - alongside Sussex smoked back bacon, handmade prime pork and herb sausage, grilled tomato, mushrooms and a ramekin of baked beans.
In addition, our chef prepares a changing Daily Special, with favourites including Woodland Muffin, Eggs Viking, Eggs Benedict and Belle Tout Florentine.
Guests can also enjoy white or brown toast, warm croissants, speciality teas, freshly ground cafetière coffee or decaffeinated coffee.
