we are in eastbourne prepped and ready to deal with your medical emergencies! However we are also here for a chat and public reassurance.

If you see us, come and say hello! We don't bite (other than full moon 🤣)

If you experience a medical emergency call 999 and then ask a local business to alert us and we will be with you as soon as possible. We are expecting a busy night so response times may be extended. However we aim to have assistance within 10 minutes of alert.

Attention local businesses in Eastbourne Town Centre!

We will be operating from 19:00 today, 21/03/2024. If you plan to be open tonight, we are looking for local businesses to add to our SMS paging system! You can reduce the response times to medical emergencies by using our service.

It is an easy to use system that only includes sending a text message to a mobile number to activate our pagers!

Fun fact we bet you didn't know!

Some of our team assist Eastbourne Night Marshalls and Sussex Police on a voluntary basis on Friday and Saturday nights! If you spot us, please feel free to have a chat with us.

Tonight we were patrolling the main town centre and seafront, which is where you are likely to find us!

We are not paid to do this however we are passionate about assisting our local community and any equipment used is replaced out of our very own Medical Directors pocket!

This is our way of giving back to those who support us so much.

What's changed?
Not a lot! We are the same dedicated staff motivated to provide the best and most affordable first aid cover on local events!

However! We are looking for qualified first aiders and volunteers, who after providing service could be eligible to a fully funded first aid course!

Did you know, you can call 111 and still get medical care at your home?

South East Coast Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust run a Community First Responder programme which employs volunteer first aiders to respond to calls, from 111 calls to Category 1 999 calls. So from the bottom of the call scale all the way to the top!

You may have one of these lovely people arrive at your home if you call 111 and Dispatcher sees it as fitting!

Did you know that Mantra First Aid do regular first aid training sessions for affordable prices? AND to top it off, is run by active 999 staff. Surely that's enough to sell it to you? If not, it isn't just training, it's a nationally recognised award! Tell me you're not tempted now!

Ratios of up to 12 per class, subject to availability. Must be over 14 to do the course, must be over 16 to use in a working environment.

Hi, we have been doing a lot of admin work and our new price list is as follows:

Minimum: 2 first aiders
£25 per hour per first aider (unless stated otherwise)

2 first aiders per hour - £50
3 first aiders per hour - £75
4 first aiders per hour - £90
5 first aiders per hour - £115
6+ first aiders, contact us.

It's with great regret that we announce the death of Queen Elizibeth II. The queen served for 70 years and we appreciate her service a lot. Although the Queen has passed, a path has been cleared for King Charles to take the throne and do her proud.
