Incident:

During the last 24hrs multiple members of the crew East Leake Fire Station and crews from across Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire and Leicestershire have been tackling the fire at Hathernware Industrial Estate.
We are currently using 2 appliances supplied by the HVP from the Soar to monitor for hot spots during the night.
Everyone from all sectors who have attended have worked so hard together to contain this fire. Great efforts by All.

Please continue to keep your windows closed as the smoke is sitting low across Kingston valley.

Incident 18:17 03/01/26

Mobilised to reports of a four vehicle collision at Nottingham Road, Costock.
- The crossroads!

On arrival we found that only two vehicles were involved and fortunately none of the occupants had sustained any serious injuries but were obviously shaken up by the event.

Vehicles made safe by service and removed from this busy junction to allow traffic to flow again.
