Last summer, as National President of NEU I told the School Teachers Review Body "We need a fully funded, inflation plus pay award or we will ballot members."

They should have listened, the government should have listened. Action is the last resort but members have spoken. You have spoken!

Teachers in England and Wales have voted overwhelmingly in support of strike action.

Now we fight to save education. See you on the picket lines!
