We’d like to thank the Scottish Men’s Shed Association for the recent visit and workshop focusing on men’s health.

SMSA delivered a Shed-Wise workshop at Dunfermline Men's Shed. The group discussed what the Shed is already doing and would like to do to promote health and wellbeing. Participants identified changes they could make to enable Shedders to maintain a healthy lifestyle and access information and support about for example Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm (AAA) screening, prostate cancer and heart health 👍 https://scottishmsa.org.uk/shedwise

We thank Kevin Eadie The Chief Executive Officer of https://www.crsmith.co.uk/ for presenting Dunfermline Men's Shed with sealed unit double glazing panels for the doors at the Shed - the bottom workshop and the hay loft. Kevin also supplied the glazing tape and silicon/acrylic beading. We are really grateful for this corporate support.
