Lothian Bus Consortium Trust Non-profit organisation consisting of like minded enthusiasts who currently own 9 vintage vehicles and care for a further 17 vehicles within the trust.

All of our vehicles are housed at the Scottish Vintage Bus Museum.

LBCT are saddened to report the passing of longstanding member and friend to all, Martyn Turnbull.

Martyn (affectionately nicknamed ā€˜Chucklesā€™) was a key member of the group in so many ways, from using his extra height to wash the parts of our fleet the rest of us found hard to reach, to ensuring working parties were well fed with his latest ā€œTo Good To Goā€ deals - and all in his own unique, cheery, upbeat style.

A busman for over 25 years, his passion for buses and our fleet in particular (some of which he drove in service during his career) shone through.

He will be missed by all at the LBCT.

Weā€™re off to the Fife Bus Bundle this Saturday!We hope to see as many of you there as possible!
