What’s on in Creative Central in June?

Every fortnight:
Drawing for All Abilities - Thursday 4th and 18th, 6-7.30 - A social drawing group for all levels of ability. Instruction and refreshments provided.
Crochet for All Abilities - Thursday 11th and 25th*, 11-12. A social crochet group for beginner and experienced crocheters. Instruction, materials and refreshments provided. On the 25th the session will be self-led.
Sew Along – Thursday 11th and 25th, 3-5 – An opportunity to use the library sewing machines and overlocker for anyone who already has sewing skills. This is not a sewing lesson, but our volunteer will be there to supervise and help if needed.
Plus, our monthly sessions which are:
Creative Writing - Monday 1st, 6-7.30 - A social group for writers and aspiring writers. Refreshments provided. *This group is currently full, and we are operating a waiting list*
Felt Crafts - Tuesday 2nd, 10.30-11.30 - Sewing simple items out of felt, with instruction for beginners. Refreshments provided.
3D Printing Drop In - Thursday 25th, 5-6 - Drop in to ask questions and learn about 3D printing.
Sew Good Together - Tuesday 30th, 2-4 - A social sewing group for those interested in clothes making. Refreshments provided.
Booking is not required for any of these activities. Participants must be 16 or over for all timetabled sessions. Under 16s may participate in our 'every day’ activities if they are supervised by an adult.
