Scam warning:

We’ve received a report of an incident where a service user was contacted by someone claiming to be from the community alarm service. The caller said they were carrying out equipment testing locally and that a visit has been scheduled. They then asked for the resident’s key safe code.

We believe this may have been a scam attempt.

Please only share key safe codes with trusted individuals and verified services. You can check the call is genuine by calling the organisation back on an official, trusted number.

💖 No experience needed – full training provided
🚗 Driving licence is essential
🕒 Full-time, part-time and relief hours available
💷 £13.05–£13.85 per hour

🎄 Santa is coming to TLA 🎄

We know how busy (and expensive!) this time of year can be, so we’re bringing some Christmas magic to the office on Sunday the 14th December from 1.30pm.

Santa will be visiting, and the kids can write their letters, hand them to him, meet him, and get a certificate and a wee gift all completely free. No need to book, just turn up.

We will also have refreshments, mince pies, Christmas arts and crafts, make-your-own baubles, and our very own North Pole set-up for photos with Santa.

We will also be doing a gift exchange, no more than £10 for gifts and we can exchange them on the day.

Everyone is welcome, pop in, and enjoy a bit of festive fun!

Santa will be stopping by for a special visit!
📸 Get your photo taken with Santa (photos will be taken digitally)
✉️ Little ones can write and hand deliver their Christmas letters
🎁 Every child will receive a gift from Santa

🎨 **Festive Activities for All**
We will have arts, crafts, and plenty of seasonal fun for both kids and adults. Expect warm drinks, tasty treats, and lots of Christmas cheer.

🎄 Christmas Get Together🎅

We are feeling festive already and we are delighted to invite everyone to our Christmas Get Together at our offices, 2 Jack Martin Way, on Sunday 14th December!

✨ Doors open from 1.30pm to 4pm, come along for an afternoon of good company, warm drinks, and plenty of Christmas cheer. We will have tea, coffee, hot chocolate, refreshments, and of course the all important mince pies (it wouldn’t be Christmas without them!).

🎁 Gift Exchange
Our gift exchange is back by popular demand, it was such a hit last year. There’s absolutely no pressure to join in, but if you fancy it, keep gifts to a maximum of £10 and we will be swapping them on the day.

🎅 And yes, we have had official word from the North Pole, Santa himself will be dropping by for a visit, bringing a few surprises for the little ones.

💛 Honouring a Member of our TLA Community
This year, we will take a moment to remember one of our service users who recently passed away. In his memory, we warmly welcome donations to Muscular Dystrophy UK, supporting a cause close to his heart.

🎨 There will be arts and crafts for everyone to enjoy, a chance to get creative or just have a bit of festive fun.
