⭐ EMPLOYEES OF THE MONTH ⭐
This month we have not one, but two fantastic Employees of the Month. A big congratulations to Shannon and Joshua!
Shannon recently joined our Launchpad team as Room Leader of Pre-school 2 and has settled in wonderfully. She has already built fantastic relationships with the children, parents and staff, while bringing lots of great ideas to the room and adapting the environment to meet the individual needs of the children.
Shannon has also received some lovely praise from parents, who have commented on how welcoming she is and the wonderful relationships she has developed with the children.
Joshua transferred to Launchpad in August and has quickly made a positive impact. He has settled into the team brilliantly, built great relationships with the children and has already received some lovely feedback from parents.
It is wonderful to see both Shannon and Joshua settle into Launchpad so well and make such a positive impression in such a short space of time.
