Would anyone be interested in a 4 way swap?
On offer is a 2 bed 2nd floor flat in Purewell BH23 1AX. 2 flights of stairs, no lift. I’m the only one on this level in the block so no passing foot traffic. Storage room opposite flat door. Big loft. Main bedroom has 2 built in wardrobes. 2 car parks + on road parking, on a good bus route. Fenced communal garden, washing lines. Close to all amenities, short walk to Stanpit Marsh. Currently having work done. Due shortly: kitchen, all windows & communal flooring.
In need of a 2 bed ground floor or with lift, in Christchurch.

Large 2 bed gff in mudeford Christchurch, newly decorated in last two months including carpets and wooden flooring. Only 6 in block. Lots of green out front , parking, near everything you could possibly need! And ten mins walk to the beach. Can send pics.

Need a 3 bed in bh area , any area considered and happy to do the place up, only need to move due to overcrowding.

Lovely 2 bed end of terrace house, sarah sands close next to purewell meadows, large kitchen diner, two large bedrooms, off road parking, back garden with gazebo attached to house, lovely quiet area with nice neighbours.
Looking for a 2 bed house in christchurch/fairmile/southbourne/tuckton/Iford/somerford/Mudford areas. SORRY NO FLATS.
