The branch has applied to become a County Supported branch to stay open, this means there is no committee but is run with 2 Points of Contact - Philip R Knight and Alison Allen.
The Poppy appeal is not conducted with the branch anymore so if you wish to have a wreath etc for Remembrance and have not been contacted by anyone please order online or through the Poppy Shop.

Poppy collectors this year are in Asda at Denaby and Waites each weekend with some days through the week!
Home Bargains head office (not the store) did not grant permission to do a collection outside their store and Sainsburys would allow collectors in but we did not have enough volunteers come forward so that a collection could go ahead in the store in the village.
