i) To Receive and consider report from the Internal Auditor for 2025/26
ii) To Consider and approve Annual Governance Statement 2025/26 – Section 1
iii) To Consider and approve Accounting Statements 2025/26 – Section 2
iv) To Note the Notice of the Period for the exercise of Public Rights – 15 June to 24 July 2026
b) To Note the new Cambridge & Counties 1 year fixed account
c) To Receive the April bank reconciliation against the bank statements (restated)
d) To Receive the May bank reconciliation against the bank statements

9. TO CONSIDER RECREATIONAL MATTERS
a) Hayfield Park
i) To update on the resurfacing of the paths
ii) To receive update regarding proposal for use of Hayfield Park from Civilian Welfare Committee 558 Squadron Finningley RAFAC
b) Riverside Park
i) To Consider obtaining a quote for the rejuvenation of anti-graffiti paint on the roof tiles of the pavilion.
ii) To Consider a repair to the pothole in the car park and approval of funds.
iii) To Consider a letter to the residents of 14 Sandhill Rise regarding the dumping of vegetation.
iv) To Consider obtaining a quote for the removal of a branch overhanging car park near 14 Sandhill Rise.
v) To Consider any further action required in relation to the encroachment of land and removal of direction post at the rear of 29 Sandhill Rise.
vi) To Consider any further action required in relation to the encroachment of land to the rear of 31 Sandhill Rise due to building work

a) To Note the Plant Watering Quotation and Order
b) To Receive update from the Clerk on locating new noticeboard at the Ellers Lane parade of shops and near the co-op on Hayfield Lane
