Our Annual Review shows how your rent is used and how you help us develop and improve Soha’s services.

If we have your email address, we'll send it to you by email, along with Hometalk magazine.

If you don't use email, we’ll post them to you Even if you have an email address, you can still opt for printed instead. Just let us know by Friday 11 September if you’d like

If you can't make it to our regular neighbourhood drop-ins or aren't home when we doorknock in your area, this might be for you.

On Tuesday 8 September at 6pm you can ask us anything. Whether you're worried about something in your neighbourhood or want to know how we can help if you're experiencing anti-social or unwelcome behaviour. We'd also love to hear your ideas about what would make your community nicer.

Matt Tatum, Neighbourhood Team Manager, Karen Prickett, Community Lead for Vale & West and Aaron Gisbourne, Community Neighbourhood Officer for Henley, will be taking your questions on the day.

Our office will be closed from 5pm today and will reopen at 8:30am on Tuesday 1 September.

If you need to report an emergency or hazard in your home, please call us on 0800 014 15 45 (Freephone) at any time, day or night, as we cannot accept emergency or hazard reporting through social media or email.

Comments, direct messages and emails will not be monitored during this office closure.
