We’re looking for new young people aged 10–16 to join our next TeenLink programme!

TeenLink is a 10-week therapeutic intervention programme designed for young people aged 10 to 16. But TeenLink is about so much more than simply learning new skills.

It’s about creating a safe, welcoming space where young people can be themselves, meet others who may have had similar experiences, and feel less alone.

Growing up can sometimes feel difficult, confusing or overwhelming. It can help to spend time with other young people who understand some of the things you might be going through.

Over the 10 weeks, we explore specific topics and develop skills that can help young people understand themselves, manage challenges, and build confidence.

But learning doesn’t have to mean sitting in a classroom!

TeenLink combines therapeutic support, discussion, activities, creativity and fun, making the sessions engaging and accessible for young people.

One of the most important parts of TeenLink is connection and understanding.
