🎣 LITTLE TIDDLERS – BIG SMILES! 🎣 What a fabulous morning we had at Billingford Lakes with our Little Tiddlers fishing session! 💚

Bailey, Harry and Milo had a brilliant time learning the basics of fishing, from getting their lines in the water to safely handling their catches — and there were certainly plenty of fish caught! 🐟👏

A huge thank you to our Angling Trust Level 2 Coach Mark Murdoch and Angling Trust Volunteer Marc Childs for making the session so much fun and giving the youngsters such a fantastic introduction to fishing. 🎣

Seeing their excitement, confidence and smiles grow throughout the morning is exactly why we love encouraging children to get involved in angling from an early age.

And we think Harry summed the morning up perfectly…

DUSK WILDLIFE WALK - Billingford Nature Walks £15 per Person
Sep 3rd 6-8pm
Badgers were photographed on our last nature walk held last week.

Join Josh Jaggard Wildlife Photographer for a guided evening walk through the beautiful surroundings of Billingford Fishing Lakes.
Recently working on Sir David Attenborough’s BBC programmes Wild Isles and Secret Gardens, Josh will lead a relaxed 2-hour walk exploring the river, lakes and woodland as dusk falls — one of the very best times to encounter the site’s hidden wildlife.
We’ll be searching for Badgers, Bats, Foxes, Kingfishers, Deer and anything else that may appear along the way.
Walk details:
Approx. 2–3 miles
Duration: around 2 hours
Mixed terrain including woodland paths and lakeside tracks
Binoculars and a torch are recommended, but not essential.
Wildlife is unpredictable, so sightings cannot be guaranteed — but dusk always brings surprises.
