It’s funny how retirement hobbies have a way of taking on a life of their own! 😊

My medal mounting has been going really well, and thanks to so many lovely requests, I’ve now branched out into creating custom frames too. Whether it’s celebrating a retirement, honouring years of service, or immortalising a family member’s military record, I’ve genuinely been loving every project that comes my way.

Turning proud moments into lasting displays is a privilege — and I’m grateful for all the support!

This set of medals was already in remarkably good order, having been stored safely in a box for many years.

All they needed was a careful tidy-up—cleaning the ribbons and giving the medals a thorough polish to restore their original luster.

Though the recipient, like many of his generation, is no longer with us, and the current custodian wanted these medals displayed so his legacy can live on.

Now they can be shared proudly with current and future generations of the family—lest we forget.
